Refund policy

RETURNS
Orange Street Paper accepts returns within 14 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the product at the studio, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
